Board of Directors
The Leprosy Mission Board of Directors is an independent, volunteer body that oversees the activities of the Mission. They ensure that the activities of the Mission conform to our stated financial, ethical and Christian values.
Malcolm Seath, Chair
Malcolm has had a distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting as a salesman in 1965, he progressed through several positions in sales and marketing to become President of Parke Davis, Canada in 1985. Subsequently he was President of Whitehall Robins Inc, one of Canada's leading manufacturers of non-prescription drugs.
During his career in industry, Malcolm contributed to many boards and committees, including: President of the Canadian Society of Industrial Pharmacists, Director of the Canadian Pharmacists Association and President of the Canadian Foundation for Pharmacy. He was also a member of the Advisory Committee on Management of the Health Protection Branch of the Government of Canada.
Currently, Malcolm is involved in his church, numerous Christian and charitable organizations, and is serving The Leprosy Mission Canada as Chair of the Board. |  | Carol Bailey, Vice Chair
Carol is retired from nursing management as a specialist in Occupational Health and Safety with education in both Nursing and Adult Education. Carol is an active church member, Board member of other not-for-profit organizations and is a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario and the Canadian Association for Parish Nursing Ministries |  | David Weind, Secretary/Treasurer

Carol is currently working at Calvary A.G.C. church part-time in women's ministry and hospitality. A retired teacher from the Scarborough Board of Education, she serves on the board of Nisbet Lodge, her church's home for seniors.
Carol served as a Pastor's wife for 25 years with her first husband, Jake Small. She is now married to Bob Morris who is a retired missionary currently involved in Cross Cultural training. They are members of Calvary Church, Toronto. |  | Dr. Wally Morris
Born in Amanawa, Nigeria, where his parents established a leprosy treatment centre, Wally was exposed as a child to the profound effects of leprosy.
After pursuing medical studies at the University of Toronto he practised family medicine in Scarborough and east Toronto.
He is an active member of Calvary Church, Toronto, where he serves on the missions committee. In a voluntary capacity he is involved with Interserve Canada, AIM, and Evergreen Health Centre for street youth. |  |
